You must be at least 18 years old to use FireSlip. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Creator Responsibilities

If you become a Creator on FireSlip, you are solely responsible for the content you stream and upload. You must own or have the necessary licenses for all content you broadcast and comply with all applicable laws.

5. Copyright Policy

6. Prohibited Content

You may not stream, upload, or share content that is illegal, infringes on intellectual property, harasses others, or violates our Community Guidelines.

7. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Tips and donations are non-refundable. Creators are responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes on their earnings.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our policies. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

FireSlip is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FireSlip from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
