FireSlip – Terms of Service

Welcome to FireSlip. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

1. Overview of the Service

FireSlip provides livestream hosting, creator monetization tools, SlipToken tipping, parlay entertainment tools, and an admin-curated FireSlip Picks ticker. FireSlip does not offer gambling and does not allow wagering or winning money based on predictions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view gambling-adjacent content in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for securing your login credentials and all activity occurring under your account.

4. Content Ownership

Creators own their content but grant FireSlip a worldwide license to display and distribute it for platform functionality.

5. SlipTokens & Tipping

SlipTokens are virtual rewards that can be purchased and used for tipping. They are non-refundable and have no monetary value. Viewers cannot withdraw SlipTokens. Creators may request payouts of earned value.

6. Creator Payouts

Creators may request withdrawals of their earnings. FireSlip may deny or delay payouts in cases of fraud, policy violations, or security review.

7. No Gambling

FireSlip is not a gambling platform. No bets, wagers, odds, or gambling outcomes affect user balances. Parlay tools and sports predictions are entertainment only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not stream copyrighted sports or PPV content, impersonate others, harass users, engage in fraud, manipulate wallets, or use bots.

9. Termination

FireSlip may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

FireSlip is provided “as-is” without warranties. FireSlip is not liable for decisions made based on content, outages, or financial losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
